Service descriptions are listed on our website and may change at any time.

• All prices listed on our website are in USD.
• Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise stated.
• Monthly services are billed automatically every month until canceled.
• Failure to complete payment may result in paused or terminated service.
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

If a service includes travel (such as 360° Virtual Tours), mileage fees apply.

We make every reasonable effort to deliver services on time.

However, delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Client responsiveness
• Google policies, reviews, and verification processes
• Technical issues outside our control
• Third-party platform delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Google, Strikingly, Beacons.ai, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.

We do not guarantee:

• Rankings
• Visibility
• Customer growth
• Revenue increases
• Review responses from Google
• Faster reinstate/repair timelines

Marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and the client’s own business operations.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to messages, emails, and requests for verification documents
• Maintain legal compliance of their business
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not falsify or misrepresent information provided to Google

If a client refuses to provide required documentation (Google requires proof during verification or reinstatement), we cannot complete the service, and refunds will not be issued.

We assist with reinstatements, but:

• We cannot guarantee approval by Google
• Google may deny reinstatement for any reason
• We are not responsible for business losses caused by suspension
• Clients must provide required documentation

Our role is to prepare, guide, and submit — not to override Google’s final decision.

You agree not to:

• Copy or distribute our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or damage our site
• Use our site for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate our business or staff

We reserve the right to block or ban users who violate these terms.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, graphics, layouts, and service descriptions — is the property of Romo Marketing Solutions.

• Business changes or closures

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romo Marketing Solutions is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business disruption
• Suspensions or penalties issued by Google
• Data loss
• Client mistakes or misrepresentations
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Romo Marketing Solutions from:

• Claims resulting from your business practices
• Misuse of our services
• Violations of Google’s policies
• Any legal disputes arising from your business information
• Providing false or misleading data

We may update these Terms at any time.

The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes.

Your continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes must be resolved in California courts.
