        Romo Marketing Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional marketing services that require time, analysis, and labor beginning immediately once a project starts. Because of this, we offer a limited refund policy.

        1. Refunds Before Work Begins

        You may request a refund only if no work has started on your project or service.

        Work is considered “started” when any of the following occur:

        • We review your business information
        • We begin research or an audit
        • We request documents
        • We start prep work for Google verification or reinstatement
        • We begin creating posts, editing photos, or planning content
        • We perform analysis, keyword research, or competitive mapping
        • We begin scheduling or preparing for a virtual tour

        If none of the above has happened yet, you may request a refund in writing.

        2. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

        Once work has begun — even initial audit prep or research — all sales become final.

        This applies to:

        • GBP Optimization
        • Monthly GBP Management
        • GBP Repair
        • GBP Suspension Reinstatement
        • Virtual Tours
        • Photo Upload & Optimization
        • Visibility Audits
        • Digital Products
        • Consultations & Strategy Sessions

        No exceptions.

        3. No Refunds Due to Google Decisions

        We do not offer refunds for:

        • Google delays
        • Google denials
        • Google suspensions
        • Google verification issues
        • Google policy changes

        Our job is to prepare, submit, and guide you — we cannot override Google’s decisions.

        4. No Refunds for Client Issues

        Refunds will not be granted if:

        • The client fails to provide required documents
        • The client gives inaccurate information
        • The business is not eligible for verification
        • The client becomes unresponsive
        • The client changes their mind
        • The business closes or modifies services

        5. Monthly Services

        Monthly plans renew automatically.

        Cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

        Cancellations stop future charges, but do not provide refunds for previous months or in-progress work.

        6. How to Request a Refund (Before Work Starts)
